Nah, cuz this place was amazing. I low-key brought my older car in after an accident and thought they were gonna have to Total it but they high-key looked everywhere for parts and even though they couldn't find all of them my car is fixed now, and might I add, back to looking as spiffy as ever.

I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. My truck was returned twice with numerous quality issues, including poor panel alignment and noticeable paint mismatches and missing parts. After weeks waiting for my truck to be repaired I expected my truck to be repaired properly. Instead Frank just made many excuses for why the repairs weren’t done properly. Overall an extremely stressful process for a truck that still isn’t repaired.

From the day we were contacted that the insurance company notified them they called us and set up date, time to bring our vehicle in. We were treated with friendliness and respect from the beginning to the end. We were updated with work they were doing which we have never received anywhere else. When we picked vehicle up we were really surprised to see they cleaned vehicle inside and out. Again we never received that service before! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service!

They were busy and it did take a little longer to get our car in there but it was worth the wait. The work was spotless and professional. The staff was always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Especially, the woman at the front desk, I believeher name was Megan. She kept us very well informed throughout the whole process. We got our car back in a very reasonable amount of time.
